He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ferentchak and Antoinette Ferentchak (Lushina); his siblings, Marion Borisek (Eddie), Antoinette Maggio (Michael) and Paul Ferentchak (Pearl); and his nephew Roger Maggio.

He is survived by: his wife Caroline Mentgen; and his brother Rudy Ferentchak (Lynn) of New Jersey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
