He is survived by: his wife Dolores; and his children, Marilee Smith, Robert Smith (Heather), Douglas Smith (Kathleen), Cynthia Mazzoni (Timothy), Kimberly Watson (Kevin), Glenn Smith (Leora), Pamela Holmes (Sean), Michael Smith (Diane) and Mark Smith.
