He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Mary Jane Vlamis (Peter), Joel Hatje (Amanda), Jennifer Dunlap (Bryan) and Jon Edward Hatje; his sister Gloria Natyshok (Walter); and his grandsons, Bobby, Ronnie, Joey, Jon and Luke. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
