He is survived by: his siblings, Nadine, Jim and Paul; his spouse Rosie Lee Newton (Robinson); and his children, Terry Newton (Debbie), David Newton (Kim), Steve Newton (Kimbra), Paula Chaput (Paul), Doug Newton (Delilah), Kevin Newton (Angie) and Gary Newton (Dianne).
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that any donations be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital or John Wayne Cancer Institute.
