With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Halaburt (Frankfort, Illinois), who passed away on February 19, 2020 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Halaburt and Mary E. Halaburt; and her brother Patrick G. Halaburt. She is survived by: her husband David Johnson; and her brothers, John and Edward (Colleen). She is also survived by animals, especially her beloved dogs.
