He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Leeper); his daughters, Dawn Amis (Jerry) and Lisa Sunde (Dude); his grandchildren, Amanda Lavigne (Alan) and Kenneth Sunde (Abby); his great grandchildren, Brycen and Riley; his sister Bonnie Miller (Victor); his brother-in-law William Leeper (Peggy); and his nephews, Kenneth Scott, Tony Grapenthien and Bill Slaydon.
