Thomas Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Smith (Franklin Park, Illinois), who passed away on June 30, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughters, Deborah Clements (Walt), Cheri Gabrielsen (Hal) and Jennifer Evenson (Dennis); his stepchildren, PJ Janis (Jennifer) and Michelle Maxwell (Andrew); and his sister Eileen Belbutowski. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
