He is survived by: his children, Melvin O'Neal, Helen O'Neal, Maggie O'Neal, Claudine Payne (Kenneth), Mary Brabson (Charles), Edith Foster (Basil), Debra Benton, Albert O'Neal, Jr. (Jacqueline), Timothy O'Neal (Ramona) and Donna Jackson O'Neal. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
