She is survived by: her parents, Sidney DeVries and Brittani DeVries (Koning); her sister Jeilyn Rose DeVries; her grandparents, Wendell DeVries, Rose DeVries, Jeff Koning and Jen Koning; her great-grandparents, Marilyn DeVries, Jim Morton, Peggy Morton, Pam Langholf, Ralph Koning and Pat Koning; her great-great-grandparent Vivian Emmert; her aunt Breanna Koning; and her uncle Chris DeVries.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Chloe's memory.
