He is survived by: his children, Todd Hibst (Ellen Fiech) and Beth Altensey (Brian); his grandchildren, Kaitlan Van Hamme (Ryan Gaworski) and Madeleine Van Hamme; and his sister Marilyn Shepherd (Ruth Geary) of Harvard.
