He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Frisbie and Jan Frisbie; and his brother Dan Frisbie. He is survived by : his wife Jeanie Frisbie; his sons, Lucas Frisbie (Tammy Schaefer) and Ryan Frisbie (Carey); his grandchildren, Owen and Payton; his niece Jessa Ovitt (Nathan Ovitt); his mother-in-law Nell Burks; his brothers-in-law, Roy Burks, Tony Burks and John Burks; his father-in-law Gene Burks; and his friend Don.

Mike Rood wrote a sympathy message

“Jeanie and family, I have known Don for many years. We worked at the tire factory together, we were both electricians. The last 4 or 5 years we worked closely together. I used to kid Don that he was much older than me. He was born in January and I in February of 1956. He was an excellent electrician and a really good guy. Mike Rood”
