He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Neely; his daughters, Wendy Sue Gusloff (Brad) and Terri Jean Rogers (Rex); his grandchildren, Caleb Gusloff, Graham Gusloff, Rachel Rogers and Alexis Kortemeier (Mitchell); and his great grandchild Jaxon Klaus.
