Iva G. Atherton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2019, at the age of 99, Iva G. Atherton (Freeport, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Eickert and Hazel Eickert (Kahler). She is survived by: her children, Ellis Atherton (Kathleen) of Shannon and Karen Munz (Don) of Freeport; and her siblings, Elmer Eickert, Lyle Eickert, Wayne Eickert and Gloria Murphy. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Northern Illinois Hospice in Iva's memory.
