He is survived by: his wife Pamela; and his children, Melissa Radick, Lisa Palermo, Lauren K. Cooper, Micah Radick and Matthew W. Cooper. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
