He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora A. Milliken (Frager) and Keith R. Milliken (Schimmel); and his brother Wayne Whitehurst. He is survived by: his brother Edward Milliken (Debbie) of Rock Hill, SC; his sons, Kenneth (Mandi) and Matthew Milliken of Freeport; his grandchildren, Noah, Mason, Jessica, Haley and Bonnie; his nephew Andrew; his former wife Pamela Milliken; and his friend Mike Milliken (Pat) of Winslow, IL.. He is also survived by cousins including cousin.
