He is survived by: his wife Ruby Kaptur of Freeport; and his stepchildren, Charles Steinhauser (Sheila) of Forreston, Candy Thomas (Paul) of Freeport, Cynthia Colley of Freeport, Debbie Vinnedge (Doug) of Oakland City, IN and Robin Buchler (Matt) of Mattawan, MI. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
