He is survived by: his wife Bessie Parks; his children, Leonard Parks (Judy) of Freeport, Neuron Parks (Cindy) of Kalamazoo, MI., Spencer Parks of Los Angeles, CA., Ronald Parks of Seattle and Jackie Parks of Freeport; his siblings, John Parks (Eva May), Melvin Parks (Judy), Eugene Parks (Eldora), Leo Parks and Ethel Parks; and his sisters-in-law, Erma Clark (David), Linda Tyler (Derry) and Dorothy Allen. He is also survived by parents, and his two brothers.
