She was predeceased by: her daughter Lois Short; and her granddaughter Kristi Jo Short. She is survived by: her parents, Charles Taylor and Florence Taylor (Shear); her spouse Clark Short; her sons, William Clark of Freeport and Michael Short of Oregon, IL; and her siblings, Kenneth Taylor, Wesley E. Taylor, Peter "Bill" Taylor, Charles W. Taylor Jr., Hattie L. Keister, Margaret Covey and Charlene Bowers.
