He was predeceased by: his sister Charlotte Fischer. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Crank and Charlotte Crank (Thompson); his spouse Carolyn Lloyd; his children, Andy Crank of Westmont, IL and Sharon Kunas (Richard) of Madison, NJ; and his grandsons, Andrew "Drew" Kunas of New York, NY and Grace Carolyn Kunas of Georgetown, D. C.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for FHN Hospice.
