He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Millhouse and Esther Millhouse (Shaible); and his siblings, Charlotte Wolf, Betty Deets and Robert Millhouse.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Paschal; his children, Julie Hurder (Jay) of Freeport, Kim Millhouse (Vicky) of Chandler, AZ, Kirt Millhouse (Deanna) of Galesburg, Scot Millhouse (Jeri) of Ashland, OH and Brian Millhouse (Debby) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Libby Hurder (Kyle Vail), Morgan Hurder, Katie Millhouse, Joshua Millhouse (Kristina), Andrew Millhouse (Lori), Tyler Millhouse, Preston Millhouse (Victoria), Ben Millhouse (Megan Lapp) and Jesse Hurder; and his sister-in-law Anna Millhouse of Mt. Morris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
