It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Ann Penticoff (Freeport, Illinois), who passed away on December 25, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford W. "Sonny" and Margaret D. Stout (Knodle); and her brother Milton. She is survived by: her son Mark Penticoff of Shannon; and her brother Clifford W. "Buck" Stout.
