She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert DeHoet and Alma DeHoet (Harris); her sister Tina; and her nephew Lenny. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Shelton of Freeport; her children, Michelle Johnson (Duane) of Salem, VA, Jerry Shelton, Jr. (Melissa) of Sunny Side, VA, Jenny Mannino (Matt) of Freeport and Cairn Shelton of Boone, IA; and her sisters, Sharon Townsend of Naches, WA and Nancy Scott of Port Orchid, WA.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 3 great granddaughters.
