He was predeceased by : his parents, Orrin Lenstra and Edna Lenstra; his brother Christopher Lenstra; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Mary Dittmar.
He is survived by : his wife Karen Dittmar of Galena; his siblings, Big and Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation; his children, Nathan Lenstra (Lauren) of Danville, IL, Noah Lenstra of Greensboro, NC and Rachel Lenstra (Joe Murphy) of Dubuque, IA; his grandchildren, Hannah Lenstra of Danville, Ellimena, Alice, Clara Henderson of Galena and Murphy; and his siblings, Barb Mayo of Simi Valley, CA, Bridget Grosvenor (Clark) of Hazel Green, WI, Beth Lenstra of Altoona, IA and Blaine Lenstra of Menominee.
Due to Covid-19 the family is requesting anyone wishing to pass along their condolences may do so from 4 to 6 PM, Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at the Furlong Funeral Chapel.
Memorials may be given to the Galena Fire Department or Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation (JDCF) in memory of Brian.
