Phelps (Galesburg, Illinois), born in Avon, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth N. Curtis and Mary Margaret Curtis; her husband James F. Phelps; her brother Delbert Curtis; and her grandson Jon M. Ellison.
She is survived by: her sister Millie Sorrells; and her children, Dave (Syd), Debbie, Patty (Glenn), Carol (Mick) and Gary (Sue).
