It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jenean E. Betz of Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer William and Gladys Hazel Witte (Ouart); her siblings, Gale Witte and Ruth Ann VanHyfte; her brother-in-law Gerald Foes; and her friends, Everett and Velma Krause.
She is survived by: her sister Mildred Foes of McHenry, Illinois; and her siblings-in-law, Tony VanHyfte of Atkinson, Illinois and Cherie Witte of Annawan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Faith United Methodist Church (876 E Knox St, Galesburg, IL 61401).
