She is survived by: her parents, Roger Myers and Barbara Myers (Tammen) of Galesburg; her siblings, Grant Myers of Galesburg and Heather Kniker (Kevin) of Galesburg; her nieces and nephews, Colten (Meghan) and Elizabeth; and her great-nephew Remington.
In accordance with Leslie's wishes, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
