She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Raymond Lewis McCullough and Minnie Blanche Courtright; her husband John Lester Ortery of September; and her children, John Allen Ortery and Christine Marie Sackey. She was also cherished by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
