It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia M. Conklin (Galesburg, Illinois), who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kremer and Rosemary Kremer; and her brother Rev. Joseph Kremer. She is survived by: her brother James Kremer (Mary Beth); her husband Richard Conklin; her daughters, Kathy Conklin (Ruediger Thul) and Julie Apor (Homer); and her grandchildren, Levi Conklin-Thul and Gabi Apor. She is also survived by 11 foster children.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Costa Catholic Academy or St. Vincent de Paul.
