Raymond L. Harris Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond L. Harris of Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on July 3, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Lowell Harris and Mary Harris (Aitken); and his sisters, Louise Thurman and Joan Brown. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Galbreath; his children, Jane Harris (Mike Taylor) of New Berlin, IL, Diane Durdle (Tim) of Manito, IL, Debbie Newell (Ron) of Williamsfield, IL and Duane Harris (Susanna) of Sandia Park, NM; and his sisters, Martha Perschnick (Ray) of Broken Arrow, Carol Haase of Monmouth, IL and Shirley Harris of Alexis, IL.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
