It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Rose of Galva, Illinois, born in Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Swett and Clara Swett (Engels); her husband Eugene C. "Gene" Rose; her siblings, Lucille, Leo, Tom and Marion; and her sister-in-law Eileen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheri Karau (Kevin) of Kewanee, Deb VanDeVelde (Jim) of Dahinda and Kelly Coutou of Kewanee; her grandchildren, Shelli Daum (Brian), Kimberly Wilcoxon (Brian), Heather Ketcham (Robert), Chad VanDeVelde (Chrissy) and Mathias Coutou; her great grandchildren, Jenson, Nolan, Camille, Dane, Mae, Eli, Stevie and Ruby; and her brother Ralph Swett Jr..
