It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Rowley (Geneseo, Illinois), born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Rowley and Kathleen Rowley. He is survived by: his spouse Deborah Honzel; his sons, Daniel of Chicago, Matthew of Nashville, TN and Benjamin of Iowa City; his siblings, Jim Rowley (Melanie) of Dunlap, IL, Jackie Gales (Joe) of Granger, IN, Jennifer Arnold (Bryan) of Sciota, IL, Jill Flynn (Barry) of Monmouth and Jan Carlberg (Joe) of Plainfield, IL; his parents-in-law, Larry and Audrey Honzel of Geneseo; his siblings-in-law, Laurie Thwaites (Dan) of West Linn, OR, Sue Ferguson (Dave) of New Berlin, WI, Jim Honzel (Kelly) of Bloomington, IL and Mike Honzel (Sheri) of Bloomington, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren Kluesner (Josh), Lexi Rowley, Thomas Gales, Taylor Arnold, Blake Arnold, Declan Flynn, Cormaic Flynn, Rosie Flynn, Katie Flynn, Sydney Carlberg, Greta Carlberg, Sophia Carlberg, Josie Carlberg, Layne Carlberg, Tegan Thwaites, Henry Thwaites, Emily Honzel, Nick Honzel, Jessica Ferguson, Sam Ferguson, Abi Honzel, Joe Honzel and Ana Honzel. He is also survived by several great nieces and a great nephew.
