He was predeceased by: his parents, Camiel and Mary; his father-in-law Robert Gimpel; and his nephew Brian Van Meter. He is survived by: his spouse Debbie E. Gimpel; his daughter Michaela Maes (Shawn Sproston) of Geneseo; his grandsons, Kale and Axeton; his brothers, Marvin and Norm; and also Marie Gimpel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
