Carmen Georgine Anderson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Georgine Anderson of Geneva, Illinois, born in Batavia, Illinois, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Stran and Genevieve Stran; her husband David "Copie" Anderson; and her brother Ken Stran. She is survived by : her children, Betsy Garrison (Ken) of Batavia and Scott Anderson of Kingston, WA; her grandchildren, Lance of Springfield, IL, Jorden and David Garrison of Batavia; her brothers, Robert Stran (Judy) and William Stran (Melinda); and her pets, Mosley, Dusty and Kelley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Dear Betsy, I have so many fond memories of your mom growing up together on Considine road in Geneva, illinois. She was the greatest and I always loved her laugh so much. My mom passed two months ago and was 89. Say hi to Scott and give him our condolences as well. I will be in Geneva on May 22, 2024 and would be great to see you. [email protected]”
