Though Donald L. may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Donald L. touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Koch and Dorothy Koch (Bohn); his sister MerryAnn Ostrowski; and his wife Margo. He is survived by: his children, Rodney (Linda) of Danville and Kristine (Denny Van Cleve) of West Chicago; and his grandchildren, Joshua and Sarah. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John Neumann Catholic Church (2900 E Main St, St. Charles, IL 60174). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Anderson Animal Shelter, 1000 S. La Fox Road, South Elgin, Illinois 60177 would be appreciated.
