With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. Beardsley of Geneva, Illinois, born in Belvidere, Illinois, who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Beardsley and Marie Beardsley (Sembach); his wife Patricia; and his daughter Linda. He is survived by : his children, Kathleen McPartland (Haydon) of Batavia, Christine Beardsley of Batavia, James of Geneva, Steven (Rachelle) of St. Charles, Julie Schimelpfenig of Geneva and John (Trudi) of Sarasota, Florida; his grandchildren, Jennifer Turek (Joe), Amy Appleby (Dwight), Haydon (Katie), Joshua McPartland (Ali), David Frerichs (Jodie), Robert (Jamie Hofmeister), Katharine, Elizabeth Snell, Matthew, Nathan, Sarah Beardsley, Celia, Alex, Peter Schimelpfenig, Brittany, Christian and Brendan Beardsley; his great grandchildren, Nevian, Zachary Frerichs (Annie), Emma, Chloe, Jackson, Ariel, Izabela, Julia, Lucas, Gavin, Wyatt, Caleb, Eli, Rhiannon, Zelda, Maven, Bennett and Murphy; and his great great grandchildren, Ada, Melissa and Caroline.
