He is survived by : his significant other Christen Black; his children, Jessica and Jacob; his parents, Ray Black and Judy Black of Crown Point, Indiana.; his siblings, Lori (Keith Hanaway), Douglas (Melissa Black), Scott (Diana Black), Amy and Hank Schilling; his parents-in-law, Efrain and Barbara Rivera; and his siblings-in-law, Kelly Rivera, Danielle, David Creamons, Deanne and Kenny Lach. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
