She was predeceased by : her parents, Theresa Vacho and Andrew Vacho. She is survived by : her siblings, Andrew, Paul, Ladislav, William, Anthony, Emil, Anna, Milan Vacho (Ellna) and Steve Vacho (Ann); her daughters, Kim Dorsey of Ladysmith, WI, Valli DeGrand (Peter) of Rogers, AR, Jill Carlson (Tom) of Maumelle, AR and Kelly Scampini (Brian) of Bartlett, IL; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Boyd (LT), Courtney Lee, Molly Lynn (Kelly), Ben DeGrand (Emily), Annye Fox (Andy), Laddie Lilly (Jake), Jacob Carlson, Payton Carlson, Dalton Carlson (Denyse), Niko Scampini (Danielle) and Alexa Teeslink (Tyler).

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in Val's honor to St. Peter Damian Catholic Church in Bartlett, IL or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
