He is survived by : his daughters, Tammy Lynn James of Georgetown and Peggy Ann Wolpert (Doug); his grandchildren, Charles Douglas Wolpert (Sarah), Allen Edward Bechtel, Shelby Elizabeth James and Kayla Caroline Wolpert (Trever); his great grandchildren, Ariah, Eleanore, Lillian and Theodore; and his siblings, James Bechtel (Elaine) and Mary Scott (Gene).
Memorial donations may be made in Chuck's name to the Georgetown American Legion Post 203 or Mission K-9 Warrior.
