He is survived by : his former life partner Ellen Raymer-Johnson; his wife Barbara L. Smith; his son Timothy P. Johnson (Marianne); his grandsons, Sam Johnson (Megan) and Frank Johnson (Taylor); his stepchildren, Jackie Rusk, Bryan Brandon and Valarie Nettleton (John); and his stepgrandchildren, Tara Roberts (Mike), Ashley Tracy, Cody Weaver (Rebecca), Kelly Kennedy (Wade), Andrea Bates (Andy), Brittany Watson (Justin), Macey Rilea, Jordyn Brummett (Jerod) and Jaymi Good (Reilly).
