He is survived by : his wife Betty Grieder of Chatsworth; and his children, Joe Friedman (Cheri) of Gibson City, James Friedman (Angie) of Roberts, Jason Friedman (Lori) of Urbana, Illinois, Lori Welsh (Dave) of Richwood and Lana Friedman of Champaign, Illinois. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.
