He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Wayne Vestel, Sr. and Margaret Louise Mason Vestel. He is survived by : his siblings, Cindy Chapman of Springfield and Steven Vestel of Girard; and his nephews, Thomas Chapman of Springfield and Tim Chapman, Jr. (Heather) of Carlinville.
