She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Cuppett and Lela Cuppett (Byington); and her siblings, Elwood, Paul, Richard Cuppett, Marie Cottrell and Lucille Kimbro.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Stacy; her children, Kathleen Hoover (Steven), Lori Moats (Kenneth) and David Stacy (Angel); her sister Loraine Foster; her grandchildren, Shaun Moats, Kenna West (Corey), Marissa Stacy and Dylan Stacy; and her stepgrandsons, Alan Foley (Jordyn) and Alex Foley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Glenview Church of the Nazarene or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
