She was predeceased by: her parents, George McMichael Sr. and Edna McMichael (Butler); her children, Debra Lynn Rutkowski and Stanley Rutkowski Jr.; and her siblings, Delores Kirkover, Emma Teetor, Harry McMichael, George McMichael II and Gary McMichael.

She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Rutkowski-Hanks (Edward) of Edwardsville; her granddaughters, Amber Hanks (John Treacy) of Highland and Amy Hanks of Edwardsville; and her great grandchild Jack Treacy.
