It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David E. Giese (Glen Carbon, Illinois), born in Roberts, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Giese and Opal Giese (Waymire); and his sister Virginia Schuler. He is survived by: his former wife Jane McNeil; his wife Jane Giese; his sons, Dan Giese (Vivian) of Kentucky, Steve Giese (Marsha) of Virginia and Mark Giese of Illinois; and his sister Ruth Pelkey of Indiana. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; extended family and friends.
Memorial donations may be given to St. John's Community Care Adult Day Care or to Central Christian Church.
