She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cockrill and Hazel Cockrill (May); and her son William Foote. She is survived by: her son Joseph Foote Jr. of Glen Carbon; her grandchildren, Christopher Foote and Krista Thomas; her siblings, William Cockrill of Edwardsville and Ina Mae; and her brother-in-law Robert Ponce of Edwardsville. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
