He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kuzebski and Teresa Kuzebski (Osińska); and his siblings, Adam and Ewa. He is survived by: his wife Anna Kuzebski (Szpigiel); his children, Milena Jones (Zachary), Michael Kuzebski and Patricia Kuzebski; his grandchildren, Sofia, Olivia and Daniel Jones; his sister Anna Kaczynski (Jarosław); and his sisters-in-law, Agata Mucha and Beata Kuzebski. He is also survived by daughters, along with many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Brebeuf Church (8307 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
