He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Fults and Iva Mae Fults. He is survived by : his close friend Nancy Warino; his sister Donna Andrews of Henderson, NV; his daughters, Candace Eich (Matthew) and Christine Morgan (Albert); his grandchildren, Amanda Sanders (Paul), Matthew Torres, Kaitlyn Torres, Ashley Morgan and Karen Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Marissa and Bradley.
