She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Higgins and Minnie Higgins (Larson); and her siblings, Lela Varble, Marie Sepo and Daniel "Boone" Higgins Jr..
She is survived by: her spouse Henry Earl Luly; her sisters, Jean Marshal and Fern Smith; and her granddaughters, Rachel Kessinger (Nick) and Grace Luly. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
