He is survived by: his parents, Charles Ray and Alma Elizabeth Bohannon (Downing); his spouse Darlene Tepen; his children, Donald Lee Bohannon (Melisa) of Godfrey, Randal "Randy" Bohannon (Cheri) of Chesterfield, Gretchen Joehl of Godfrey and Brad Bohannon (Stephanie) of O'Fallon, Missouri; his grandchildren, Andy Bohannon (Jessie), Megan Bohannon (Ashley), Katie Dunnagan (Jeremy), Emma Bohannon, Nick Bohannon, Lindsey Dover, Maddie Joehl, Nathan Joehl, Anna Joehl, Ryan Joehl, Jack Bohannon and Ava Bohannon; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Nolan, Lucas, Brynn and Beau; and his siblings, Charles Duane Bohannon (Sandy) of Grafton, Judy Morgan (Dick) of Dow, Dennis Bohannon (Sandy) of Dow, Janice Mourning (Scott) of Jerseyville, Jessie Davis (Randy Camp) of Rosewood Heights and Danny Bohannon (Annette) of Dow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
