She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Henry and Frances Akers (Paul Summers). She is survived by: her spouse Paul Richard Summers; her siblings, Karen Akers of Labadie, Sharon Ohley of Jerseyville, Mark Akers and Tina Akers of Lexington; and her sister-in-law Robert Akers of Lehigh Acres, Florida.
